Following Friday’s successful market event was another fantastic one at the Friends of Africa Marketplace event the next day on Sat, 25th Oct at Westin Harbour Castle Conference Centre, Toronto.
Organized by CASA Foundation under the distinguished leadership of Dr. Olutoyin Oyelade, this was the market to be at, from the support of the organizers, networking with other vendors, and massive customer engagement, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
But the highlight of the day for me was meeting the Hon. Jean Augustine, who stopped by our booth. It was so wonderful to meet with the living legend, listen to her speak to us about taking up our position in the entrepreneurial space, and of course have her experience the Gladys Christiaan magic!
