Refund policy

The Gladys Christiaan brand is committed to using only eco friendly and sustainable ingredients and materials for our products. We take pride in creating long-lasting scents and accessories that you will love, and we value your feedback to help us improve our products and services.
- Please email us at luxurkraft@gmail.com OR at support@gladyschristiaanfragrances.com for fragrance products if you have any questions regarding our products. We’ll be glad to answer all and any questions you may have.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, ORDER CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- RETURNS: We always make sure to double check the condition of our products before we ship out. As a result, we do NOT accept returns.
- EXCHANGES: We do NOT currently conduct exchanges for orders purchased online.
- However, if you received a defective order for any reason, please send us the photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assist you and send out a replacement. If you go past 48 hours of your package arriving and not notifying us, we unfortunately cannot send out any replacement.
- Defective item can be shipped back at our expense. We will email you the free shipping label.
- Replacement item will ONLY ship out when we receive the defective ones and deem them eligible for replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Order cancellation can only be made within 24 hours after placing an order with us.
- If you want to cancel an order, website and payment fees cannot be refunded.
- Refund will be applied within 2-3 business days depending on your bank policy.
REFUND POLICY
- Refund can only be granted on a situation basis. If refund is not applicable to the situation, your payment will be converted and turned into a store credit.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
