SHIPPING POLICY
GLADYS CHRISTIAAN FRAGRANCE INC. use Canada Post to ship your order through standard letter mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method) This can take anywhere from 5-21 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
GLADYS CHRISTIAAN FRAGRANCE INC. and their subsidiary are not held responsible for:
- mistakes made by Canada Post (or the selected mail courier)
- wrong address given by customers
- damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Packages may experience delays due to certain regulatory restrictions.
